Shipping is an area which we specialise in, at Shop OmniOre it’s all about getting you you’re Jewellery as fast as possible.

All Packages are sent by either Royal Mail Tracked or Premium DHL Express Service , to ensure speed and security. We guarantee that our shipping times are always reliable and accurate under standard conditions. Parcels are sent fully Tracked and Signed for, we only offer the best .

 

UK Shipping 

 

  • Standard 2-5 Business Days Delivery following shipping Royal Mail (Tracked and Signed) - FREE

 

  • Next Day DHL Express Delivery (Tracked and Signed) - £7.00

 

(Please note that for our next day service all orders must be placed by 1:00 pm GMT. Orders placed following 1:00pm will be processed the following business day)
 

 

USA Shipping 

 

  • DHL Premium Delivery 1-2 business days following shipping (Tracked and Signed) - $6.00 or FREE on all orders above £150

 

 

Europe Shipping 

 

  • DHL Premium Delivery 1-3 business days following shipping (Tracked and Signed) - €5 or FREE on all orders above  €80

 

International Shipping

 

  • DHL Premium Delivery 1-3 business days following shipping (Tracked and Signed) - £11.99 or FREE on all orders above  €100/£87/$150

 

Once the package is dispatched from our Centre , You will receive an email notification which will allow you to track the parcel throughout its Journey. All Packages are sent in a secure and safe manner. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and will receive an email confirmation the next business day.

Delivery dates provided can change under unforeseen circumstances on the part of our delivery partners. Shop OmniOre is not liable for such delays experienced.

Custom Taxes and Duties

For all orders outside of United Kingdom and United States of America Shop OmniOre is not responsible to cover any expected or unexpected customs taxes and duties. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are aware of any taxes and duties associated with their order due to the laws within their respective countries. In the instance the order is rejected by the customer due to outstanding  taxes and duties Shop OmniOre will provide the customer with a refund, however charges incurred as a result of parcel retrieval will be deducted from the refunded amount. Retrieval charges are dependent on the country. 

 

Order Cancelation/Verification 

To ensure the safety of our customers we may cancel or request additional verification in the instance the system detects any fraudulent order. We apologies in advance for orders that are flagged up incorrectly, however we have a 24hour customer service team that will resolve any issues.
