Returns and Exchanges

Returns must have the original box and packaging included , exactly as the package was sent. Any Complimentary or Free GIFT items must also be returned with the purchased piece. All return and exchange packages must have the customer name and order reference number within the package. If a customer is exchanging an item for a different size ,they should also add a note in their package, and if the customer wants an item of a lower value , the difference will be refunded.
For any item that is returned for a refund , Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. Our Team works around the clock to ensure each and every customer is satisfied with our service and standard.
In circumstances of exchanges it is the customers duty to cover the delivery cost required to re-deliver the item. Delivery costs are refundable in the instances an error is made by our team, where an incorrect size or item is sent out to the customer. In this case we will exchange the item at no additional cost.
Items returned for a refund or exchange following the 14 day period will not be accepted. Earrings fall under the nonrefundable and nonexchangeable category for hygiene reasons. Also please note our in store policy is different to our online.
Proof of Return
Following a return we advise that the customer makes a record of the tracking number and also holds onto the receipt as proof of postage, as Shop OmniOre will not be held accountable for any missing/lost parcels. It is advised that the customer reports the tracking number to email@example.com to ensure there is a digital record of proof of shipment.
We do Offer a 1 Year Warranty on all our Jewellery, this warranty is for any manufacturing defects that in the opinion of Shop OmniOre has arisen under standard conditions, such as missing stones or faulty clasps. The Warranty does not cover accidental damage, colour change, inappropriate use, wear and tear as a result of customer usage, and damage that may be caused due to failure to follow Shop OmniOre's How to Care Jewellery Guide. The how to care jewellery guide can be found under our How to Care section.
As part of this 1 year guarantee the customer is entitled to a one time replacement or repair. This replacement or repair can be:
1. An Identical piece if available
2. A substitution that is of a similar value.
3. A repair of the initial product (If applicable)
All our products have to pass a standard of quality before they are sent to the customer and we only produce the best. There is a "How to Care" jewellery guide sent out with every order, and if followed your jewellery will not experience any issues.
Custom Jewellery is not exchangeable or refundable as these pieces are designed specifically for the customer and cannot be resold. However, please note that the same Guarantee applies for our custom jewellery as does for our non-custom items. Shop OmniOre will replace any custom to a one-time replacement in the instance of a manufacturing defect. Custom Jewellery takes extreme amounts of attention to detail as well as time, thus once production has commenced custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
