Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Grillz

How long does it take to make stone grillz?

It typically requires approximately 2/3 weeks to complete the creation of custom diamond grillz after we have received your dental impression.
What stones do you use?

We offer a selection of stones for you to choose from, including Moissanites and laboratory-grown diamonds. Should you prefer alternative stones, you may submit a special request.
How long does it take to make plain grillz?

It typically requires approximately 1-2 weeks to complete the creation of custom plain grillz after we have received your dental impression.
What material do you use?

We craft our plain grillz using a range of high-quality materials, including dental-grade silver, which is tarnish-proof and comes with a lifetime guarantee. Other premium options, such as dental-grade rose gold and yellow gold, are also available and are designed for lasting durability and comfort in the mouth.
Are they removable?

Our grillz are not permanent dental fixtures; they function similarly to retainers, allowing for easy removal and insertion. You may take them off or put them on at your convenience without the need of dental glue , comfort is our top priority.
How do I clean them?

You can have your iced-out grillz cleaned by visiting one of our stores for a quick in-person service. Alternatively, you may mail them back to us for a full refurbishment, during which we will restore them to a like-new condition.

Bespoke Work

How long does a bespoke piece take to make?

Once the design phase is complete, it typically takes 2–4 weeks to craft your custom piece.
Can I approve the design before production?

Once the design phase is complete, we conduct a full review of the final design. Production begins only after you’ve approved and are completely satisfied with every detail. From that point, your custom piece typically takes 2–4 weeks to complete.
What materials do you use?

We offer a range of stones including Moissanites, lab-grown diamonds, and natural diamonds. Our pieces are crafted using high-quality materials such as sterling silver and 9–18k gold.
How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it in its original packaging after each use. The air-locked packaging helps protect your piece from dust and environmental exposure.

If your jewellery becomes heavily soiled, it may require a professional refurbish using our ultrasonic cleaning process, which restores it to like-new condition. You can drop your pieces off at any of our local stores or send them to us via post.
